Recipe:
I used a default camera app to take photos excluding photo 8. I used a Camera Zoom app for photo 8.
I used Windows Photo Editor for 1 through 13. For photo 14, I used an Aviary Android application and applied Beat effect then added the 4th filter with Windows Photo Editor. For photo 1 through 5, I used a sepia pro effect an Aviary Android application.

Photo 1: Due to light, a person seems like fading out.
Photo 2 - 5: I captured mysteriously reflected objects.
Photo 8: A shadow looks mysterious.
Photo 11: I focused on water drops on window. It blurred background.
Photo 13 and 14: These self-portrait photos represent my different characteristics with interesting backgrounds (shadow, pattern).

Hi! I am Vancesca. My recipe to shoot the above images is to find interesting angles to shoot familiar objects. Before I shoot, I try to view the target object or scene at a few different angles to discover the one most interesting angle. Often times, I angled the camera slightly to the side, either left or right, or hold the camera closed to the floor. I used the iPhone app to shoot the black and white photos. For some photos, I used the darkroom app; however, I did not find that the app enhanced the photos in any way. Thanks for viewing!
