Firstly I want to vote the PIc 1 for POW because it's my first impression and love it so much. Red rose definitely match the topic "color=passion" so thats no doubt. And I have to say: girl's life is varied and graceful. I feels like have a great vacation when I see your works. Full passion. My favorite pics are No. 1, 4,5 and 9. Pic 4 and 9 are same object but the only difference are angle and distance. But the both have great composition. Maybe you can use some toning and I think they could be better.
hi! similary to Kang He above, I think our decision in shooting red roses is ingenious. What other object alludes passion best other than roses? Photo #8 is my favorite because I think there is a story behind the rose and notebook.
All of your photos tie together really nicely and you can see there is a common filtering theme in all of them. I enjoyed your approach at working with color for this critque. Rather than shooting subjects with bright color, you captured a lot of rich colors which made your work very interesting to look at. My choice for your POW would definitely be #16. I think your composition on it was great and the contrast between the light colors in the sky and the dark rocks created a lot of mystery.
